Dr. Bryce McDavitt
Dr. McDavitt is an Assistant Professor of Psychiatry and the Behavioral Sciences at the Keck School of Medicine of USC. He is a gay-centered Jungian psychologist with fifteen years’ experience in research, teaching, and psychotherapy. His research interests include the mental health of gay men, psychoanalytic approaches to self-esteem, health behaviors of sexual and ethnic minorities, and innovative qualitative research methods.
Dr. McDavitt received his Doctorate in Clinical Psychology with Emphasis in Depth Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute. He trained at the Los Angeles LGBT Center and Valley Community Counseling Clinic.
